30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Cay&Kia, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition with the original packaging, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. Please contact us when you decide to return or exchange.

Once customer’s return or exchange request is approved, we will send our warehouse address.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will NOT be accepted.
2. The shipping time for return and exchange must NOT exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
5. When it comes to exchange, customers will need to take over the exchange shipping fee (Shipping fee will depend on the area of the address) under the following circumstances a) Customer ordered the wrong size. b) Customer does not like the item in person.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) securely with the original packaging.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Refund is calculated according to the actual amount paid, in the cases of discount code usage and sales.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the mailing address we provide you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
